The location was great for local conveniences and public transportation. The flat was spacious, comfy beds and fluffy towels however we found it was in need of a sweep and dusting. The biggest issue was the constant sirens and street noise.

Pleasant well lit property in excellent location

spacious apartment -perfect for me and my three children. It is a third floor walk up with no elevator.
The neighborhood is fantastic -walking distance to Bakerloo (Warwick and Edgeware) and Circle Lines (Edgeware). The apartment is close to the bus as well.

The property is lovely and it’s a quite charming and convenient location. The process for picking up the keys and the lack of flexibility for an earlier check-in is something to figure into your plans ( e.g. if you are coming in on a red eye from the states you may want to get an extra day). My only other small gripe was that I feel for the price the property it should be stocked w some food basics: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc.
My wife and teenage daughter really enjoyed our stay. The Maida Vale neighborhood is great, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy part of the city, but with access to everything you could need within a few blocks. You are only a few tube stops away from all the action. The apartment was perfect for us. The master has its own bathroom, leaving the other bathroom for our teenage daughter. Nice are to sit and eat, watch TV and even cook if you are so inclined. We ordered take away, several great diverse restaurants within walking distance. If you don’t have much luggage, easy walk to Paddington, if you do a quick Uber or taxi away. Super easy check in/out Highly recommend.

Not a US king size bed
The property is well located and near the Tube. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was cute. The bed was awful and not as described. It might have been considered a double bed at best. The entire time on a lumpy mattress on a small bed Yuck! 41 small steps into the apt if you plan on staying you should be able to carry everything. The paint on the wall looks terrible and unfinished. The floors are cheap vinyl not wood. The checkin place has no address and they don't know the house is stones throw from the key pick up. So tell your driver to wait while you get the keys. Anyway Ive travelled quiet often and this by far was the worst mattress I have ever experienced. The flat has no air conditioning, and no screens for the window so it was miserable until the windows were opened but then the pigeons wanted to fly into the flat. So I would not recommend.
We have always wanted to stay an enjoy the Little Venice neighborhood of London but this location took it to the next level - close to Regents Park, Lords and Abbey Road as well as the beautiful canals - the neighborhood is perfect too
Very quiet but in a great neighborhood with good bars and restaurants and retain. Easy walk to all the sights. The second bedroom is adequate but the master bedroom is spectacular as is the bathroom attached.

Although I’ve been to London several times, I have never stayed in Little Venice and was eager to try a new area. I couldn’t be happier that I chose to stay in this apartment. The location was incredible with several lovely cafes and restaurants to choose from. The apartment was lovely and felt like a home away from home. This two bedroom flat is well located to shops, underground and buses. It was easy to get anywhere and was surrounded by interesting restaurants. The flat was comfortable and remarkably for a third floor walk-up, cooled off during the evening once the windows were opened. The bathrooms and kitchen were modern and nice. The kitchen was a bit under equipped but we managed. Management was also very good and responsive to anything that came up.

This flat was full of sunlight, had all the mod cons, was convenient to the tube and bus, and cheerful and attractive. It is in a neighborhood that has a grocery store, fruit markets, bakeries and everything one could wish for just a few minutes walk away. And within 20 minutes walk is a delightful restaurant street, Formosa. We would stay here again!
We were staying with grandkids, so having our own ensuite bathroom and letting the teens have their own next to their room worked wonderfully well., too.
