Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties during your stay.
Regarding the bathtub, we acknowledge that the cold water was not working correctly and apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Concerning the coffee machine and dishwasher, the property manager made efforts to assist you by providing instructional videos and offering to visit the apartment to explain how to use the appliances. Unfortunately, the visit could not take place as you were not present at the property at the time.
We would also like to point out that, during the peak summer season, resolving maintenance issues can be particularly challenging, as many specialized service providers and technicians may be on holiday. While we always do our best to assist our guests promptly, certain repairs require qualified professionals and cannot be carried out directly by our team.
We understand that this situation was frustrating and regret that we were unable to resolve everything during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration to continue improving our service.
Kind regards,
Happy Rentals Team
