The structure has 3 housing units. The suite also offers TV, Wi-Fi, child's sofa bed, shared laundry with washing machine and dryer and private parking for small/medium-sized cars with narrow entrance (free public parking 50 m away).



The final price is composed of:

- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner, on behalf of whom Regarda acts

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, sheets, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.
