Bedrooms; two kings with en-suite shower rooms, a king with en-suite bathroom, a double with en-suite shower room, two family rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two cloakrooms and an external cloakroom. Cot highchair, hairdryer available. WiFi, fuel, power, woodburner starter pack, bed linen, towels inc. in rent. Kitchen/diner, elec range oven and hob, microwave, two dishwashers, dining seating, piano, utility with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, lounge with woodburner and Smart TV. Enclosed garden, gravelled area, BBQ, and furniture, lawn, hot tub, fire pit, games room, furniture, lake, private drive parking for 6 cars, extra parking nearby. EV charger near shed. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: Wood-fired hot tub not available after 9pm due to being near lake. Hut tub needs 6 hours notice please to be ready for day of arrival. Note: Owners live next door but privacy is assured. Note: Conservatory is momentarily locked off for renovation. Note: Good housekeeping bond applicable.

Utility room housing a Belfast sink, washer dryer, fridge/freezer, vacuum, iron and ironing board. Ground floor cloakroom with basin and 2 x WC plus an external cloakroom with basin and WC. Oil-fired central heating. Smart TV, WiFi . Fuel, power, and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent - additional boxes of wood can be purchased from the owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent . Travel cot and highchair available plus hairdryer in master bedroom . Private driveway parking for 6 cars, overflow parking available upon request. Enclosed garden with gravelled area, barbecue, and furniture. Access to the properties main garden with lawn, private wood-fired hot tub, fire-pit, games room, furniture, and lake. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: Guests have freedom to walk around the grounds but request you respect this space and monitor noise. Note: Wood-fired hot tub not available after 9pm due to proximity to lake The Wood fired hot tub needs at least 6 hours’ notice please pre arrival to be able to guarantee it will be ready on the day of arrival. Note: Owners live adjacent to the Retreat and have access to the grounds including the games room. However, the Retreat has its’ own private garden that is not overlooked and there is plenty of privacy. Note: Conservatory momentarily locked off due to renovations Note: Good housekeeping bond applicable. Shop 4.1 miles, pub 2 miles, lake 0.1 miles, river 0.6 miles Note: You may see the owners around the property, as they live onsite and manage their livestock and land – They are always happy to say hello, but will be sure to respect your privacy during your stay.

Town: The town of Carmarthen overlooks the banks of the River Tywi and boasts the ruins of a Norman castle, the site of a Roman amphitheatre, a museum containing Roman relics and a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. Carmarthenshire is known as the ‘Garden of Wales’, whose beautiful coast and countryside provides the perfect backdrop for a wide range of activities. There is excellent walking, cycling, birdwatching, fishing and golf available, as well as many country parks, show caves, gold mines, steam railways and castles to visit. Enjoy day trips to the golden sandy beaches and rocky coves of beautiful Carmarthen Bay, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park or the majestic Black Mountains.
