The peaceful Chimenea area offers a quiet residential setting just a 10 minute stroll from the popular Burriana Beach and at a short drive to the heart of Nerja.



The outside area invites you to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace and includes 6 sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun. A large courtyard offers a built-in barbecue and a decorative ornamental fountain, creating a lovely setting for alfresco dining. The villa has several south-facing terraces provide panoramic views of the sea and mountains.

The villa is divided into two parts: the main house, spread over two floors, and a separate ground-floor apartment – ideal for extended families or groups.



In the main house, you’ll find:

•A master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, and access to a spacious south-facing terrace with stunning views.

•A second bedroom with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, and its own balcony.

•A fully equipped shower room
