The house is enclosed by a beautifully maintained large garden, with a path that circles the entire property, offering quiet corners to relax. A private driveway allows you to park one car inside the property. There’s space for two apartments only, and the spot is assigned to the first who requests it.

Just a few minutes away by car or on foot are two of the lake’s most beautiful beaches: Punta di Grumo and Riva Bianca , perfect for swimming and soaking up the sun.
