* The beach house is composed of two units, each unit with: two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and living room. The two units share an outdoor dining area and a large terrace with sundeck.
* Private access to one of the most iconic beaches of Portugal, Praia D. Ana (3 minutes walk)
* Lagos historic center within 10 minutes walk with great restaurants, fun nightlife, shops and the beautiful marina
* Many more tourist attractions, activities (boat trips, golf, kayaking, surfing, kite surfing, wind surfing,...) and sightseeing opportunities in and around Lagos. We are happy to send you recommendations.
* A covered part of the terrace with dining tables and barbecue, so you can enjoy the breathtaking ocean view while having a nice barbecue
* A huge uncovered terrace (approx. 140 m² or 1507 sqf) with sun loungers for relaxing sunbathing
* Linens, towels, beach towels, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer

* Other things to note: Tennis court for an entrance fee. The apartment has no access to the pool underneath the resort (also not for a fee, pool is under external ownership). Gardens are not watered in summer, there is a new effort in Lagos/ Portugal to minimize unnecessary irrigation due to drought risk.
