Positiv:Das Appartment war sauber, sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet - wie man es auf der Internet-Präsentation beschrieben sieht.Der Ablauf des check-in war reibungslos, die Wegbeschreibung zutreffend.Sauberkeit in der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Das Bad ist sauber, einigermaßen geräumig und besitzt alles, was man braucht. Fön ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Toilettenartikel vorhanden. Geschirrspültabs und Abfalltüten ebenfalls vorhanden. Parken an der Straße jederzeit möglich (gegen Gebühr am Automaten). Ruhige Wohngegend. Bushaltestellte mit Anbindung in die Stadt zwei Minuten zu Fuß.Negativ: der erste Eindruck beim Betreten des Gebäudes lässt nichts gutes vermuten. Treppenhaus sehr schmutzig. Am Eingang liegt Post von mehreren Monaten. Dieser Eindruck verflüchtigt sich aber nach Betreten der Wohnung.Das Geschirr in der Küche war nicht sauber und schon sehr stark benutzt (Pfannen). Die Menge war gerade so für drei Personen ausreichend, wenn man nach jeder Mahlzeit den Geschirrspüler benutzt.
