Perfect for those who want to live close to the city center's services, playground areas, nice swimming areas as well as forests and nature experiences. Via the area's walking and cycling path you reach the city center and playground, but also the salmon fishing river Örekilsälven which flows into Gullmarsfjorden which is Sweden's largest fjord, here there is a nice swimming area with playground and bistro but also great opportunities for fishing or launching a kayak for your own exploration of all the bays and beaches of the fjord. In the area there are good hiking opportunities with views of the fjord and river such as Maltes stig. A trip with the Munkedals museum railway can be an exciting and interesting experience or Torreby golf course which is Bohuslän's oldest golf course, the course is located in a castle environment with an English-inspired castle park. Proximity to the E6 makes it easy to get to other nice excursion destinations in northern Bohuslän's coast or inland environments. The cottage with a sunny location surrounded by nice grassy areas is located in a small villa area that borders the railway towards Strömstad with a few daily crossings. Inside you are greeted by a welcoming hall and further into the cottage's kitchen with, among other things, a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker. Inside the kitchen is the cottage's dining room and living room with a large comfortable sofa group and TV. From the hall, a staircase leads up to the second floor with two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and one with two single beds, this room has a partition against the hall that provides a certain privacy. On the second floor there is also a small balcony with seating furniture. From the entrance hall, a staircase also leads down to the basement level where the cottage's bathroom is found, the bathroom is equipped with a separate toilet, bathtub and washing machine and dryer. At the cottage there is a patio with summer furniture and a grill, a nice place to grill a good piece of food and enjoy wonderful meals while the sun slowly sets in the northwest. The cottage has WiFi connection. Munkedal municipality has very varied and worth visiting natural areas, everything from sea and fjord environments to deep forests with lakes and rivers. From Kaserna canoe center, an approximately 40-kilometer long canoeing trail runs through lakes and waterways, a fantastic opportunity to explore a beautiful part of the local area. From the cottage you can also easily reach other municipalities and worth visiting excursion destinations, for example, take the local road past Saltkällan, Skredsvik, Rotviksbro and stop at "Två Fröknar" which is a cozy shop with both interior design and clothing. Next door is the restaurant Stallgården which also sells organic produce in the shop "Stallgårdens skafferi". Then continue with some shopping at Torp Shopping Center or why not a visit to Bohusläns Museum. From the cottage you can also easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil, Smögenbryggan, fishing and skut communities in the northern part of Bohuslän.
