This newly renovated and well-appointed holiday home in Ålbæk offers the perfect combination of comfort, nature and proximity to both the beach and city life. You will be staying in beautiful surroundings with easy access to the town's charming shops, cafés, and the atmospheric fishing and marina, which can be reached on foot via a lovely walk. The house is 116 m² and was completely renovated in 2023. The interior is bright, modern, and extremely functional with plenty of space for six people with three good bedrooms. The cottage offers a lovely kitchen with a cozy dining area, where there is plenty of room for cooking together and enjoying good meals. The large and bright living room is furnished with comfortable furniture and a wood-burning stove that provides extra warmth and atmosphere on cool evenings – perfect for relaxing with a good book or movie. Outdoors, you will find a large, partially enclosed yard with plenty of space for play, relaxation, and outdoor living. Here you will find garden furniture, a gas grill and pizza grill, and a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long. For children (and the young at heart), there is a trampoline, swing, sandbox, ball court and, last but not least, a cozy fire pit – perfect for summer evenings with marshmallows and warm smiles.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
