In the fantastic and peaceful holiday home area at Hostrup Strand, and only a few minutes' walk from the water, you will find this beautiful holiday home (375m2), which offers the best setting for a fun holiday all year round. The house can accommodate up to 30 people. Take a dip in the 23 m² pool or relax in the hot tub for 8 people for as long as you like. When you stay in this vacation home, there are no limits to how long water lovers and guests who enjoy swimming can romp around in the house's own pool area. There is also a lovely sauna and a water slide. Regardless of the weather and season, you have the opportunity for an activity-filled vacation. Here you have a large activity room equipped with a pool table, Playstation 4, table tennis, darts, and table football. Go wild with the games and enjoy a cold refreshment in the house's very own bar with refrigerator, which is also located in the activity room. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. In the cozy sofa corner in the central common room, you can relax in front of the TV after an activity-filled day. The kitchen/family room also has a long dining table with room for everyone and a well-equipped kitchen. Of course, there are double ovens, stoves, and dishwashers, making it easier to cook for many people. The house has a total of 30 beds, divided into four sleeping areas, each with three bedrooms, a bathroom, and two lofts with room for a total of six people (best for children). There are a total of five bathrooms in the vacation home. On the large and partially covered terrace, you can barbecue and enjoy the Danish sun. There is also a sandpit and a trampoline(use at your own risk/insurance). It is a short distance to the Limfjord. You share a common area with the neighboring house, consisting of a large multi-purpose court where you can play soccer, volleyball, and basketball(please bring your own balls), as well as a large and exciting playground for the youngest guests. Dogs are welcome in the house. Non-smoking house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
