Located in a quiet, green area, just 20 minutes from city centre Luleå.
While enjoying the cosy warmth of the fireplace or sauna, you can take in the crisp, beautiful scenery of northern Sweden.

The space
This house features, among other things, 5 bedrooms, a sauna, a fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room, two bathrooms, a laundry room, a living room, a family room, and ample parking. One bedroom has a single bed; the other four bedrooms have double beds.
There is outdoor furniture so you can sit outside and have a cup of coffee while enjoying the beauty of northern Sweden. If there’s a TV series you don’t want to miss while you’re here, you have access to Netflix.
If you’re on a business trip or want to work remotely, there’s a dedicated workspace for you.

Guest access
You have access to all areas of the house and your bedroom. The number of bedrooms you have access to depends on the number of guests.
You do not have access to the area under the garage, which is located past the laundry room.

Other things to note
There is a bus stop near the house; you can check it out on Maps.
If you want to take a bus to Luleå, you should check the bus schedule and operating hours.
There is usually a cat in the house, but it won’t be there when you rent the house.
