We share our time between England and France, so while this is a lived-in home, it’s always professionally cleaned when we leave, ready for guests. Because it’s a house that’s truly lived in, it’s fully kitted out — not just with the basics, but with everything a family might need. It’s ideal if you’re looking for a warm, practical base, not just a minimalist holiday rental.

The house is in a quiet residential area near the racecourse, within walking distance of Newbury town centre, a few minutes' drive from the M4, and just 50 minutes from Heathrow Airport.
