This is a beautiful apartment in a residence with a swimming pool. It is served by an elevator and located just 500 meters from the beach.
The apartment has been fully renovated. It includes a living room with kitchen and single sofa bed. Dishwasher and washing machine are provided. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A spacious terrace with sun awning, table, and chairs. Reserved parking space. No air conditioning.

Featuring 8 kilometers of free golden sandy beaches and bathing establishments, it is ideal for families and groups of friends. You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, canoeing, sailing, water skiing and fishing. Enjoy all the services provided by the city, while our trained staff is always ready and willing to assist you. Bike rentals is also available throughout the city.
