The apartment, on the third floor of an elegant building with access via a private road, has been recently renovated with high-quality finishes and truly generous space. Access is through a reserved entrance with a private garage and an additional parking space, then up to the third floor.
Upon entering, you find a large, very bright living room : on the left, a relaxation area with a 3-seat sofa and chaise longue facing a 64” TV; on the right, a dining table for 4–6 people and a door leading to a usable terrace with a beautiful lake view . The separate kitchen is fully equipped: built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms:
a master bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower, sink, bidet, toilet)
a second double bedroom with wardrobe

a second large bathroom with a 1.8 m walk-in shower
