A cosy countryside pod with a private wood-fired hot tub, stunning rural views, and easy access to hiking, historic towns, and the Mid-Wales coast.. All on the Ground Floor:

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric radiators, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Welcome pack. External kitchen: With electric hob, combi/microwave/grill and fridge. Front garden with sitting-out area, terrace, gas barbecue and firepit. Hot tub for 2 (private). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: No children.. The Hedgehog Pod at Glampio Cae Pella offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of Mid-Wales, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the countryside. The pod is cosy and comfortable, with everything you need for a restful stay.
You’ll have your own private wood-fired hot tub, a great way to relax after a day out, enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding rural views. There’s also a covered outdoor dining area with cooking facilities and a picnic table, ideal for meals under the open sky. A spacious shower room is exclusively yours during your stay.
Set in a quiet spot with wide views stretching over rolling fields to the distant mountains, this is a wonderful place to disconnect. At night, the skies here are spectacular and uninterrupted, making for brilliant stargazing. The pod is just a short drive from local amenities including pubs, restaurants, a village shop, a post office, and a petrol station. For those who enjoy walking and exploring, Lake Vyrnwy, known for its stunning scenery, is only six miles away. The famous Glyndwr’s Way National Trail is close by too, offering miles of trails through moorland, farmland, and forest, perfect for day hikes or gentle strolls.
Beyond the immediate area, the charming historic town of Shrewsbury is within easy reach, offering a mix of medieval architecture, quaint shops, and riverside walks. Welshpool, with its beautiful Powis Castle and gardens, is another nearby gem well worth visiting. For coastal escapes, the rugged and scenic shores of the Mid-Wales coast, including Aberdovey and Barmouth, make for fantastic day trips, where you can enjoy sandy beaches, fresh sea air, and charming seaside towns.
