A large early 20th-century farmhouse, recently renovated and located at the foot of the Castle of Magliano Alfieri, just 3 km from the entrance to Alba, nestled between the Langhe and Roero regions. A strategic base for visiting Alba and all the stunning nearby destinations, including Barbaresco, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, and many more.
The farmhouse features a spacious courtyard and a lawn, ideal for relaxing and enjoying peaceful moments. Inside, the original architectural charm has been preserved and enriched with modern touches. It’s the perfect setting for one or two large families to spend unforgettable time together.
The name Cascina d'Ghistu comes from Agostino (Ghistu in the Piedmontese dialect), the grandfather of the current owner—a creative spirit well known in the area.
The apartment is located on the first floor and includes a spacious kitchen, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and a bathroom. On the second floor, there is a large attic with an additional double bed and a single bed—perfect for families or larger groups. .
