This 2 bedroom 2 bath is available starting November 1st and throughout the winter months! The balcony overlooks the heated pool and Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy the beautiful weather and sunset while it is snowing everywhere else! This condo is nestled between the intracoastal and the Gulf of Mexico so there are water views galore!

The property is appropriately appointed so all you need are your personal items and you are set! Laundry is coin operated and just a few steps down the hall from the condo.

Beach buggy (pull-wagon) is there for your use. Property amenities include: Tennis courts, community pool, shuffleboard heated spa and grilling area overlooking this beautiful view! Cable tv, Internet, Ceiling fans, Private terrace, Elevator, Dish washer, Microwave, Range, Refrigerator

Another amazing experience

Once again, we had another amazing experience during our stay at this condo. The location is perfect, and we spent many a happy hour just taking in the views from the balcony— the beach, the ocean, and the gorgeous sunsets. We loved staying at his condo and hope to be back again soon.

Great stay at the LANDMARK

We've stayed at this well kept property multiple times due to its great location, excellent amenities and amazing views. However, this was our first time in this unit and it met all our needs perfectly. Spacious, with very comfortable beds and excellent internet. Furthermore, the owner was friendly and very easy to deal with, promptly responding to our emails. He spared no effort in seeing that we had an enjoyable experience. We just loved our stay in this unit and would love to return in future years when it becomes available.

Just what we were looking for

We just completed two blissful months of staying at this property. My husband and I had been looking for a well maintained, reasonably priced condo with ocean views in the Clearwater Beach area, and this condo fit the bill perfectly. The views from the balcony and living room are gorgeous, and with direct, expansive views of the ocean, we felt like every day was a fabulous beach day even on the days when we didn’t go to the beach. The condo has plenty of space, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with dishware, cookware, and utensils The pool/hot tub area is lovely and was never too crowded while we were there. Just a couple of blocks away is a wonderful park that is great for birdwatching, and just across the street is a good variety of restaurants. We are looking forward to returning to this condo next year and hopefully for years to come.
