This modern and luxurious 3300 Sq Ft. 4br/ 3.5ba single-level home features a brand new resort-inspired backyard including custom designed high-tech salt water pool which has an expansive tanning shelf with luxury in-pool ledge loungers and 10+ pre-drilled umbrella holes for shade. The pool /spa illuminates at night with a custom designed LED lighting package that will keep the fun flowing into the evening.

Lounge in the oversized 8+ person jacuzzi spa and watch the adjustable wall-mounted TV or enjoy the cool misters under the covered porch which spans the length of the home. Entertain your friends/family on multiple seating conversational couches or dine outside at the 8-person dining table while overlooking the picturesque backyard with expansive mountain views. Golfers and amateurs alike can practice their short game on the putting green or just watch the action from the deep-seated couch and cozy up next to the custom fire pit.

The entire backyard is controlled by an easy-to-use wireless screen so you will never be too far away from SPA jets, pool LED lighting, water feature or the backyard illumination package.

Inside of the home shows off an open floor plan that allows guests to transition from room to room with ease. The large living area with ample seating is perfect for hanging with family /friends while watching 55in 4K LED TV. Our fully equipped kitchen boasts a spacious dining room and an island offering seating for 14 also providing plenty of space ready for your entertainment and meal preparing needs. Wall to wall windows allow natural light to flood the living /dining area with beautiful views of the backyard. The rooms are all well-appointed and stocked with luxury linens to ensure your comfort and a 5-star experience.

Best House for a Relaxing Bachelorette Weekend

Such a wonderful desert vacation home! The property was so much fun and just perfect for our family vacation. This house is beautiful inside and out! Very clean, roomy, fully stocked and great amenities! The pool and outdoor area is awesome! The kids, teens and adults all loved the house. Perfect 1st Vrbo Experience

The property was just like its pictures. It was clean, well-maintained, and the the owner was very communicative. This was our 1st time doing a Vrbo rental and we were really worried about doing it (so many horror stories). Tiffany and Jason were super patient, communicative, and easy to work with. The house was great for me, my husband, 3x kidds (ages 3-10), and my parents. This will be our first choice for future Palm Springs vacations.

Amazing Home and Property in Indio

Our entire family of six enjoyed this amazing property. The accommodations were spacious with lots of room for everyone to enjoy. Three fireplaces were included on the property and all three we utilized depending where we wanted to chill. The pool was our favorite as it included a shallow area, along with an attached hot tub. It did take us a little while to figure out the remote controller for the pool and hot tub, but after a few attempts we figured it out. The room sizes were perfect, and the walk in closet in the master bedroom was huge. The porch area was nice as we could be outside, and enjoy the protection of the sun. The home is in a quiet gated area, and very nice to go for walks.

The house was perfect for our visit. It very comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 3 kids. We spent the majority of our time in the spacious backyard. The pool was a great size and the kids loved it. Pool toys were provided which was a bonus. We utilized the putting green daily. Added a fun activity. The outdoor sitting area was very comfortable and we watched the final four outside as a family. The grill is in excellent shape and we definitely enjoyed a few meals out there. The inside of the house is spacious and in great shape. Love the pool table. Thanks to the perfect weather we really did not spend too much time inside. The location of the house is great. It is very close to our favorite La Quinta stops and restaurants. The owners of the house checked in multiple times to ensure our stay was what we hoped for. We would definitely recommend this property.

Family Thanksgiving

Without a doubt one of the best family-friendly homes in Southern California. Tiffany and Jason made our family of 13 feel welcome from day one, and we loved their hand written welcome note. The pool was even better than the pictures, and our two children (under 6) spent more than half the week in the water. There's so much open and shared living space which was perfect for board games. There was also plenty of space outside near the pool to relax and read a book.

We had a group of 10 ladies for a bachelorette party and were blown away by this house! It was clean, organized and had plenty of space for all the guests. A group of us girls came down from LA to celebrate each other on all recent things in our lives that happened since covid. It was the first time we all got together since covid started. Possibly a Perfect Rental with Repairs

The location, layout, and backyard are wonderful! That is why I was terribly disappointed with the master bath. The shower had a drain issue and the jetted tub’s cold water faucet handle completely came off when I turned on the water. I reported the issues, but sought no repairs as I was leaving the following day. If repairs were made, I would not hesitate to rent this property again.
