Private room near UQROO, Convention Center and Boulevard Bahía
The building is a beautiful Spanish colonial home. We keep it clean and tidy, and put some effort in making it environment-friendly. Our water heater is a solar-electric hybrid model and our A.C.´s have inverter technology. We currently are investing in energy-efficient lightbulbs. We sort our waste as organic and inorganic. We have two ISP´s that provides us with reliable Wi-Fi in rooms and common areas. CCTV camera security system.
During your stay, you´re welcome to use the 1 st floor common areas. In the kitchen, we have a fridge, microwave, gas range, electric rice cooker, and kitchen & eating utensils that you can use for storing food and cooking. Also, feel free to use our lounge room with SmartTv & Netflix, books, board games, or just chill out in our big couches and bistro tables. Access to 3 rd and 4 th floor is restricted. No smoking inside, but can smoke in the backyard/ outside the building.
