The holiday home is located in the second row from the beach (75 m) on a quiet gravel road with no through traffic. A 10-minute walk from the cottage takes you to Zealand’s best beach at Ordrup Næs, and just 300 m away, you’ll find a natural forest teeming with wildlife and a fun forest playground for the kids.
Here you’ll find a wonderful atmosphere of peace and total relaxation. You can lie out in the garden on the daybeds and listen to the birds singing or gaze up at the starry sky as darkness falls. There is absolute silence.
The holiday home The holiday home is a 76-square-meter wooden house situated on a beautiful natural lot. There are three bedrooms—one with a double bed (160x200 cm), one with a bunk bed (70x190 cm), and one with a small double bed (140x200 cm). In addition, there is a large kitchen-dining area (with a wood-burning stove and dishwasher), a living room with a TV (no cable subscription, but great for watching films from a computer or DVD), an entryway, a bathroom, and a toilet, including a washing machine. And there are three bicycles.
There are places to relax all around the cottage. This means you can wake up to the sunrise on the cosy east-facing terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. As the day goes on, you can follow the sun around the house and have dinner facing west as the shadows grow long.
The house was built in 1954.
The Area The town of Ordrup has a really nice café, an ice cream shop, a couple of restaurants—one with mini-golf—and a really well-stocked supermarket that has everything you need for a great summer holiday. The area features the hilly Cote de Kårup from the Tour de France, Ordrup Næs, Dragsholm Castle with a Michelin-starred restaurant and a really good bistro, and plenty of lovely walks through the rolling countryside.
You have access to the entire holiday home.
