A peaceful yet convenient location with wow inducing views. No neighbours to disturb but walkable to restaurants and bars
Direct lochside access surrounded by stunning scenery allows a myriad of activities literally on your doorstep.
Dogs are not allowed.
The space
On the ground floor there is a newly fitted kitchen and spectacular dining area . A wall of glass affords breathtaking views to the loch. Doors to the front deck
A large living room with comfortable seating , TV and cosy wood burning stove. Views of the loch and access to the back barbecue patio as well as patio doors to the front deck .
A ground floor boot room and laundry area direct access from the garden so those muddy boots, wetsuits can be easily managed and a downstairs shower and toilet is a great after a dip in the loch .
We own the land in front of the house to the loch shore - great for all water sports.
Upstairs there are four large bedrooms. The front two rooms have a super king bed and en-suite and lochside views
There is a double bedroom, and a children’s room with four single beds. A large family bathroom with walk in shower and a stand alone bath .

The house has a large garden . We own the land in front of the house to the loch shore.

The property has a full Licence for short term letting maximum 10 people. .Licence no:PK11434F
We have therefore passed the stringent heath and safety requirements.
Water sports equipment can be brought and stored at own risk. Wetsuits, life jackets strongly recommended .

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Take glass to the recycling bank just past Loch Rannoch Hotel
Put out the correct bin -consult notice board in the kitchen
Make sure all keys are in the doors before returning the back door key to the key safe.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
