Lovely 3 Bedroom House, peaceful surrounds in Highland Perthshire- Pet Friendly!
This stunning cottage sits in its own grounds beside Farleyer Lodge with access to the peaceful 17 acre grounds.
Accommodation comprises three commodious bedroom suites two on the first floor and one on the ground floor. All the bedrooms are double, and can be either kingsize/double or twin, and all have ample sitting area with easy chairs & a sofa bed in each
They all have a ensuite bathroom which have both showers and bath, and the open plan living area has fully equipped modern kitchen facilities which was fully refurbished in March 2025. There is a stunning 3m set of French doors with views of Castle Menzies and a outdoor BBQ with seating area.
The house is heated by a Biomass system and is beautifully warm , a Gas Fired wood stove is due to be fitted for winter 2026.
