Welcome to Bridge House Hot Tub Retreat, a beautifully restored Georgian home in the heart of Kettlewell, Wharfedale. Dating back to 1806, this elegant 1,850 sq ft retreat sleeps up to 12 guests — ideal for families, group getaways and walking holidays in the Yorkshire Dales.

Inside, character meets comfort. The main sitting room features oak flooring, a multifuel stove and media wall, while the cosy snug offers a Victorian-style open fire and built-in bookshelves — perfect for relaxed evenings together. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living space forms the heart of the home, complete with shaker-style cabinetry, Rangemaster cooker, integrated appliances, limestone flooring with underfloor heating, and bi-fold doors opening onto a sunny south-facing garden.

Upstairs, three generous double bedrooms are complemented by two versatile attic rooms and an additional flexible fourth bedroom, giving space for multi-generational stays or mixed groups.
