casa minimal con ottimo posizionamento sul corso Garibaldi che presenta servizi e negozi attrattivi e che permette di accedere agevolmente al castello; per quanto riguarda l'interno della casa, questa presenta un design grazioso e un ambiente intimo con tecnologie medie e grado di pulizia intermedio
