About this property
Beautiful lakeside home with a private pontoon. Perfect place to unwind.
Our grandparents fell in love with Lake Annecy and, Veyrier du Lac in particular, over 25 years ago and it soon became a regular spot for family holidays. Our parents were in a fortunate position to purchase La Chaumine a few years after they first visited Annecy - and it has been a very special part of our family ever since then. The house has been designed with family in mind and, as a result, it is far more homely and hospitable than your typical holiday home. In this sense it has an authenticity to it and, as a consequence, it is a very calm space in which to unwind and catch up with family & friends. The house is full of timeless pieces of furniture and homeware from all over the world, which add interest and warmth to the space. We hope you love it as much as we do.
