Accessible and well-connected location

Located just 600 m from a compacted dirt track with easy access from exit 49 of the Cártama Campillos motorway. There is parking space even if you travel with a caravan (check measurements).



Outdoor area designed for relaxation

The property has a private pool visible from the porch, perfect for keeping an eye on the little ones while enjoying the sun on the spacious outdoor furniture. It also has a practical full bathroom with a shower next to the pool and a large 40 m² terrace ideal for outdoor meals.



Interior comfort for the whole family

Inside you will find a bright living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen, television area and two comfortable sofas.

It has three bedrooms:



Two with single beds (one of them 1.80 m long)



One with a double bed, wardrobe and television

All have air conditioning, windows to the outside, mosquito nets and space for luggage.

Air conditioning and heating throughout the house, washing machine, barbecue, Wi-Fi, iron, hairdryer, television and private parking space.

The kitchen includes: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, complete tableware and kitchen utensils.
