The Smithy is a Grade II listed cottage consisting of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and dining seating, along with a sitting room with TV, woodburning stove, radio, and DVD Player. There is a double bedroom serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with furniture and barbecue, along with off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Travel cot and highchair available. There is a shop in 2.8 miles and pub in 2.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. The Smithy is a lovely base for a rural retreat in Herefordshire.
