Direct access to a large sandy beach on foot, in front of the house between 2 buildings to cut the sea spray.

30 m² terrace with garden furniture for 6 people, barbecue, sunbathing, parasol ...

Air-conditioned house composed:
- a mezzanine with a double bed,
- a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, LCD TV, DVD player, games ...
