This property was an absolute nightmare. To start, I was not given check-in instructions until an hour after we landed in the airport. I had to reach out to VRBO directly for help in contacting the property owner because he was not responding to my inquiries. He then reached out to me outside of the VRBO app, via WhatsApp. This is completely unprofessional and shouldn’t have been the way. We were told there was a delay in checking in because it was being cleaned. Once we arrived, getting the keys from the lockbox was easy enough (once we finally got the code from the property owner); however, when we entered the property the bed sheets had stains on them. It appeared to be make up, but it was the first thing you see on the bed when you open the door. The bed also has a severe slant in it. If you lay in it the way you are meant to, you roll off. My wife and I are not large people, but if we were, we would not be able to sleep in this bed. One person may be able to do it if they strapped themselves to the wall. I am not being dramatic. In the kitchen, despite the thorough cleaning, the cups were dirty and the electric kettle had old water in it. The shower was one of the worst experiences I have ever had bathing. The curtain was installed halfway into the shower so that you were fighting it the entire time. You have 10 seconds of hot water, 10 seconds of cold and then boiling! Repeat those intervals. Late night, loud neighbors. I can go on and on. Do NOT recommend AT ALL.
