The condo includes access to Pool, 2 Hot Tubs, workout room, and the most breathtaking well-maintained trail from inside the community’s gates. Your toes will be in the sand within a 15-20 minute walk through lush landscape, past the Monarch Beach Resort, to the beach of your choice, either Salt Creek (Renowned Surfing Beach) or Strands. Both Beaches are stunningly beautiful for a morning stroll, a relaxing day at the beach, or a romantic sunset toast.

Everything Southern California has to offer is in Dana Point. A small quaint town nestled between Laguna Beach and San Clemente, you can’t go wrong with a range of restaurants, harbor shopping and minimal traffic. Just 12 minutes to Laguna Beach (North) or San Clemente (South) there’s never a lack of beach vibe in this Southern California Coastal town. For a little history, a short 5 minute drive into the quaint village of San Juan Capistrano provides hours of entertainment.
