The single beds are adjustable electric beds, and there are no doorsteps inside the house—only a small step at the entrance. The beach is only a five-minute walk away, as the house is situated in the second row from the water. The large plot is shared with the neighboring house. There is a shared terrace with garden furniture on the hill, available for up to four people on a first-come, first-served basis.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
