We pride ourselves on hospitality providing a warm welcome and abundance of 'goodies' on arrival. Fully stocked fridge, breakfast selection, milk, etc., should you not have time to shop before arriving. We treat our guests as friends.

We are situated in a quiet village that used to be a forest. We are surrounded with exhilarating walks and the South Downs are 5 mins drive. In the immediate area are Pulborough Brooks RSPB - Bird watching, Parham House, West Sussex Golf Club, abundance of Vineyards for wine tasting, coffee and cakes. There is a traditional Free-house Pub (The Five Bells), offering local brews, food, etc., within 500 yds.
We are also central for annual attractions throughout Sussex including Arundel, Billingshurst, Goodwood, Cowdrey Park, West Wittering, etc., that many guests have stayed to attend.
