IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
- Age restriction: The primary guest booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old. Families with children are welcome.
- Main booker: Keys will only be handed to the person who made the booking unless agreed in advance. Valid ID will be required at check-in.
- ID & Security: For safety and fraud prevention, we may request passport or ID verification before arrival. This applies to all guests over the age of 16.
- Guest numbers: Please ensure you book for the correct number of guests so that linen and towels can be provided accordingly.
- Key policy: Two sets of keys are provided. Lost keys or lockouts incur a £100 replacement fee.
- Smoking and pets are not allowed.
- House parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to cancel the booking with no refund if this rule is violated.
