Renovated in May 2025, the space offers a refined atmosphere, with every detail thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort.

Serenella Apartment is spread over two levels: the living room and two bedrooms are located on the main floor, while a spiral staircase leads to the upper level, where you'll find a charming third bedroom with direct access to the stunning private terrace.

Equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and independent heating, the apartment is the perfect solution for accomodating up to 8 guests in total comfort. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely balcony. The kitchen includes everything you need: fridge, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and wine glasses. The apartment features three bright and well-furnished double bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay.

The two main bathrooms, both featuring showers, have been recently renovated and boast a modern, elegant design. One is located next to the living room, while the other is inside Bedroom No. 2. There is also a convenient third half-bath on the terrace.

The real gem of the apartment is the large private terrace, furnished with armchairs and a dining table with eight chairs. The ideal place to have breakfast and lunch outdoors, dine under the stars, or simply unwind after a day of sightseeing in Rome.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, just steps from a main shopping street in the historical centre of Rome, Via del Corso and within easy walking distance of Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo and the Trevi Fountain.

The area is lively and full of restaurants, cosy cafés, and shops - the perfect base for exploring all the wonders of the Eternal City.

The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Flaminio Metro Station (Line A), which offers direct access to both the St. Peter’s/Vatican area and the Colosseum/Roman Forum. Spagna Metro Station (Line A) is also within easy reach, located about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

- The apartment is located on the second floor and there is no elevator.

- Please inform us in advance of your arrival time in order to better organise check-in.

- Copies of identity documents must be provided prior to arrival.

- Parties are not allowed inside the flat.

- Smoking is not allowed. Animals are not allowed.

- The simultaneous use of several electrical appliances may, in some cases, cause a temporary interruption of the power supply. We therefore invite you to use them carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
