The first day we got there, there was an extreme smell.Chemical were used on beds, linens towels and blanket to mask the smell. This smell gave us a headache and nausea. The dirty floors windows, walls do not correlate to the advertising in pictures shown on Expedia or any other platforms.There is also no disclosure about the construction going on for the last 2 years. The noice is extreme. The worst part is when we tries to take a shower upon arrival the water cuts out 20 seconds after running.. We had asked several times for the hoast to contact us… the only response that we received that our team review. We were able to shower for 5 days. On day 3 they send a house keeping crew who have not resolved any of the sanitary issues but took a video confirming inability to shower do to water issues which have not been resolved or addressed during our entire stay. We also had no toilet paper for 2 days and were forced to purchase our own. NIGHTMARE of an experience!.
