The guests were unable to contact the host were not able to check in at the indicated time, no one available to speak to. They had to find alternative accommodation. Unacceptable and unprofessional service.
Reading previous messages yesterday the date of the stay the host had said the dates were not available and yet payment was taken in full. I am requesting a full refund.

Alas a poor review due to poor communication with host. Not until hours before check in did host confess to double booking ?? Must say Stayz were excellent in remediating.Would beware this listing ? Scam?
