Room wasn’t as per listing shown. Told manager by email as requested 48hrs before arriving that twin beds required as per listing photo. They didn’t see it and I was given double in a less nice room. Mattress was thin like a camp bed, creaky, bedding didn’t feel or smell nice. It wasn’t Deluxe as listed by any standards. My 11yo choose the room and was disappointed. A brown smear next to toilet under light switch. Finishes in room by a bodger. Tv controller was chewed (!) so some functions didn’t work. Offered money off a future stay but indicated I wasn’t interested and requested a reasonable discount for aforementioned. Then ignored me, perhaps hoping I’d go away.
