We booked this home for three nights but ended up leaving after the first night because it did not meet our expectations. The listing describes it as a luxury property, but that was not our experience.The host was responsive, accommodating, and allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.Unfortunately, the condition of the home was disappointing. The bathrooms were dirty, and one had a strong urine odor. The couch was so dirty that we asked for a sheet to cover it before sitting on it. The kitchen was under-equipped for a family stay, with very limited plates, cups, and cookware, and the cabinet drawers were dirty inside. There were also several unfinished construction projects throughout the home.This property has a lot of potential, but it needs much more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and the details that make a stay comfortable. If you're looking for a truly clean, luxury experience, I would not recommend this property in its current condition.

Hi Tina, Even though I do not agree with most of what has been said, I understand everyone is entitled to his/her opinions. To begin with, I treat all my guests with utmost respect and kindness to ensure everyone is comfortable. My apartment is centrally located (15mins to airport and close to Achimota mall) and has welcomed over 150 guests within the last year alone amassing several positive reviews on Airbnb, Vrbo and other platforms. A lot of these guests have made repeated bookings because of the value they saw with amount paid. There is Hotwater running in all 3bathrooms, 24/7 WiFi services, Washing machine available, kitchen is well stocked with utensils, a large hall and what have you. I allowed you to check in earlier than stated and even assisted you with your luggage upstairs showing concern for my guest. This is obviously a case of one of those rare instances a person seems to want way more that expected. Thank you.
