This is a very nice flat, spotlessly clean in a nice quiet area. Note to elderly - there are quite a lot of stairs.We couldn't open the key safe but someone came and helped quickly and this was rectified during our stay.

Thank you for your stay and lovely feedback. We're pleased you found the flat clean, comfortable, and enjoyed the peaceful, residential surroundings. Thank you also for your note about the stairs. As the flat is part of a large Victorian building, there is a short external staircase (approx 12 steps) leading to the 1st floor entrance, and an internal staircase (14 steps) between the two floors of the flat as it is a 2 storey flat. This layout is typical for properties of this type. We therefore encourage guests with mobility concerns to get in touch with any property before booking so they can be advised accordingly. The flat is very spacious, larger than most modern two-bed apartments, has large windows overlooking the leafy gardens and parking bays. There is also ample free parking within the compound itself, which many guests find very convenient. We’re glad staff were able to assist quickly with the key safe. We’d be delighted to welcome you and your family back in the future should you choose to stay in any of our properties.
