Located a 10 minute walk from Canada's largest natural hot spring pools, on the fairways of the Mountainside Golf Course this well thought out property provides the perfect family or large group retreat. Spectacular views of the Rocky and Purcell mountains can be enjoyed from the 2 private decks. The Fairmont Trail Network can be accessed from the property for a stroll or a day hike.

The main level features an open concept fully equipped kitchen and living area with vaulted ceilings. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances are features of this luxury kitchen which also incorporates a large dining table comfortably seating 8 people plus a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The living area has a wood burning fireplace, leather sofas and flat screen TV. Walk out from this open space onto the wrap around west facing deck with 2 patio tables, 8 chairs and a gas BBQ. There is one bedroom on this main level with a queen bed and a twin over double bunk bed. A separate shower room is located between the bedroom and kitchen.

The upper level has a loft area with pull out hide-a-bed which leads to the master suite. The master suite has a king bed, in-room Jacuzzi tub and an ensuite shower-room with his and hers sinks. A private east facing deck off the master suite offers majestic views of the Fairmont Mountain Range.

The lower level has a 3rd and 4th bedroom each with a queen bed. There is a large recreation area with a hide-a-bed, gas fireplace, TV, pool table and french doors leading to the west facing patio. Pack light as the laundry room houses a large capacity washer and dryer. A bonus den/TV room is also located on this level. Main Level

Golf trip

This was a great property for myself and three other friends on a golf trip. The place itself is beautiful, beds comfortable and location couldn’t be better for a golf trip. I would definitely recommend this property to and anyone looking at travelling into this area.

The property was clean and very well stocked, particularly the kitchen. The property manager accommodated our needs and was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again. This is an excellent rental for a larger group.

Great accomidations for a family gathering, lotscto do in the area from golfing, hiking,playing games around the big table and the pool table was loved by all. Suggestions would be to add more plates and bowls. We had 15 people and only 8 of each.Also the hide a beds were not at all comfortable we were glad we brought a blow up mattress. Jist a few improvements. Overall a great place to be for a long weekend.

Loved it!

Great property! We stayed for a few nights after Christmas with our whole family, including lots of babies and kids. The condo was very cozy! The beds were wonderfully comfortable. They even had a high chair for us. It was well stocked and a great location. We went skiing at fairmont, panorama and went to the hot springs lots! Loved it and would definitely book again!

Christmas in April

It was a great vacation with a nice open space for a family get together. Everyone had a great time. The only complaint is that the jacuzzi tub upstairs did not work and it did not say anywhere that it didn’t work and we were looking forward to it after hiking. Great family vacation- we will be staying again I am sure.

Scenic and relaxing condo

Very well kept up property with modern style. Easily accommodates large family with spacious bedrooms and baths. Multi-level unit allows for privacy for everyone. Bit disappointed that master on top level did not allow for mountain view. Be sure you have check-in info downloaded before you arrive as internet access is spotty at best in this area. Luckily I ran into the Wine & Cheese Tasting as she set up and she got me into our unit!
