New apartment complex - very clean and in close proximity to grocery store and restaurants - elevator to beach and beautiful pool as well. Minor issue with sink faucet was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Safe underground parking was also appreciated! We were two couples exploring the island and would highly recommend!
