Upon entering, the apartment opens directly into a bright open-plan kitchen and living-dining area, which leads out to a cozy private terrace with pleasant views.
Connected to the living room is a bedroom with a double bed (150x200 cm), which has direct access to the terrace. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located in this area.
Down the hallway are two additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. One bedroom features a large single bed (105x200 cm), and the other a king-size bed (180x200 cm).
The apartment includes a private underground parking space (number 44) and access to two communal swimming pools — ideal for relaxing during your stay.
