Newly renovated holiday home of 87 m² with 3 bedrooms and space for 6 guests. The 17 m² sunroom extends the season, and from the house there is a sea view. Just 50 metres from the door lies the Kattegat – perfect for a morning swim or a paddle on one of the three available paddleboards. The house is allergy-friendly and pets are strictly prohibited.



The property invites outdoor living. Enjoy a warm soak in the hot tub with sea view, light the fire pit, or rinse off under the outdoor shower. The garden offers a trampoline, hammocks, lawn games and bicycles, providing space for both play and relaxation.



The area is characterised by rugged coastal nature with beaches and rocky shores, ideal for swimming, fishing, kayaking and snorkelling. By bike you can follow small roads through open landscapes, past farm shops and cosy harbours. Nearby nature reserves offer unique birdwatching, and on clear days you can see all the way to Zealand’s west coast.
