There's also a fifth bedroom with a single bed and handy workspace. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with patio, lawn, and furniture, a front non-enclosed garden with lawn, off-road parking for eight cars, and EV charging point available upon arrangement with owner at extra cost.. Town: Lying in North East Derbyshire, and surrounded by farmland is the small village of Marsh Lane. The location offers easy access to many of Derbyshire's delightful attractions, including the stunning Peak District, as well as being equally close to the steel city of Sheffield.
