Brondderwen in Blaenau Ffestiniog, Gwynedd sleeps three in two bedrooms.
Brondderwen is a lovely detached cottage nestled in Blaenau Ffestiniog, Wales. Hosting two second-floor bedrooms: one double and one single, able to sleep a total of three guests and served by a family shower room. It offers a fitted kitchen, and a first-floor living room and dining area with a woodburning stove. Outside has a three-tier lawned garden and patio area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Brondderwen is a wonderful choice for a country break to the heart of Snowdonia.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, slimline dishwasher. Smart TV, DVD player and WiFi. Electricity and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair provided. Off-road parking for 1 car. Three-tier lawned garden and patio area with furniture, fully enclosed garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Dogs not allowed on furniture, upstairs or to be left unattended. No smoking. Shop 0.6 miles and pub within 0.1 mile. Note: The cottage is set back from the main road but some road noise may be heard at certain times. Note: There is limited storage space in the bedrooms. Note: The property is not suitable for those with limited mobility due to steep external steps, internal stairs and low doorways. Note: Good Housekeeping Bond £150.00.

The slate mines now hold the prestigious status of a world heritage site, awarded by UNESCO and visitors can take enthralling underground trips there to see mining as it was done in days gone by. The famous narrow gauge Ffestiniog mountain railway also runs for 13 miles through the Snowdonia National Park to the harbour town of Porthmadog. Nearby is Portmeirion village, famous for its architecture and the film set of the cult TV series The Prisoner, plus local beaches, suitable for children, are within easy driving distance.
