Your vacation accommodation is located in the center of Kaprun and at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. The combination of modern design and alpine comfort creates a feeling of home and well-being – for couples and families alike.
The apartment offers 28 to 55 m² of space for up to 4 people. Depending on the unit, the double bed is either visually or physically separated from the living area. Some apartments have an open-plan bathroom and a separate toilet. In the living area, a 120–140 cm wide sofa bed offers additional sleeping space for up to two children. Depending on the unit, amenities include a terrace, atrium, or balcony, as well as a private sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped.

After an eventful day, you can relax in our two wellness areas (Family Spa and Adults Only).

You can enjoy a rich breakfast in the in-house restaurant for an additional charge.
Free Wi-Fi and TV are available.

Das Appartment war richtig schön und ausreichend groß für 4 Personen. Andere hatten aber leider ein zu kleines Appartment, das war für 4 Personen nicht ausreichend. Bei uns gab es leider keinerlei Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern und Bademäntel. Zudem fehlten ein paar Steckdosen im Essbereich. Im Schlafzimmer war ein Loch mit Elektrokabeln nicht verschlossen und an der WC Tür hing noch Krepppapier der Handwerker. Die Küche war auch elektrisch leider so geschaltet, dass wir ständig eine Karten stecken lassen mussten, sonst wäre der Kühlschrank immer ausgegangen. Also ein paar kleinere Mängel, aber sonst war es schön.
