This lovely house comfortably accommodates up to ten guests, making it perfect for extended families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals for everyone, while the large garden offers plenty of space for children and pets to play freely and safely.
Situated in the heart of the Gower Peninsula, Fern Bank provides easy access to breathtaking coastal and inland walks, secluded beaches, and stunning scenery. Whether you're keen to surf, go horse riding, or try your hand at archery, there are plenty of activities nearby to suit all interests. Alternatively, visitors can spend leisurely days exploring rock pools, building sandcastles, or sampling the delicious locally-made ice cream.
The house includes two welcoming reception rooms, one featuring a cosy log-burner, along with a dedicated playroom, ensuring everyone has space to relax or enjoy their own activities. The gated garden is ideal for children to run around and enjoy the outdoors, while well-behaved dogs are very welcome to join in the fun.
Inside, Fern Bank offers five comfortable bedrooms—two doubles, two twins, and a bunk bedroom—plus a cot (bedding to be provided). The house boasts two bathrooms, one on the first floor and another in the basement, along with a large ground-floor kitchen fitted with a double electric oven, a dishwasher, microwave, two fridges, and a freezer.
