Cortijo Juan Salvador experience a unique vacation in this beautiful location

Cortijo Juan Salvador is a 200 years old, lovingly restored wine estate (lagar), which belongs to Jeroen & Sandra including kids. Jeroen& Sandra and their daughters Isis, Lotus, Charlotte and Saartje including the dog Soy (Maltipoo) took over the well known and beautifully preserved Cortijo in the beginning of July 2025 and started to transform the beautifull place into a serene boho/ibiza style holiday rental with all its unique and old caracters. Our family lives on the estate and we are more then happy to provide you with special extra services and tips about the Malaga area. Sandra has always been into cooking with roots in the hotelschool of Maastricht and experiences in Tilburg in different restaurants.She will be preparing as chef the dinner and breakfasts for our guests. With the use of many organic ingredients farmed on own land she will try to give you an unforgettable experience including some pairing (local) wines from around the area to give you the maximum dinner experience in a daily unique setting.
