Vidanta Mayan Palace Resort

The VIDANTA Mayan Palace golf and spa resort is truly a four star++ first-class property and has been listed as among the 25 top LUXURY Resorts in Mexico.

It boasts among the largest swimming pools in Mexico. The beaches are wide and sandy. Rent includes daily maid service, hotel amenities, and transfers from Airport.

The Mayan Palace suite comes with a living room and a small but well-equipped kitchen with fridge, cooktop, microwave and small appliances. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and there are 2 double sofa beds in the living room.

I can provide vacation rentals at any of the 5 Vidanta hotels, including the Grand Luxxe a AAA 5 diamond resort (fewer than 0.5% of hotels achieve this rating). The Vidanta site is located in Nuevo Vallarta just north of the Puerto Vallarta airport and 20 minutes from the famous Malecon. Among its principal attractions, this extensive mega-resort has many pools including several interactive, interconnected swimming pools, which and walkways through meticulously landscaped gardens. There are also luxurious spas and fully equipped gyms.

My wife and I have spent many vacations at the Vidanta hotels in Nuevo Vallarta. The pool areas are spectacular, and the beach is clean clean clean! Adopt a newly hatched turtle from the resort's hatchery and watch it make its way back to the sea!

Resort restaurants are first class and compare well with the best eateries in nearby Puerto Vallarta. Email me for pics and suggestions of where to eat and what to see.

The resort has a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course AND a Greg Norman course; ask about special golf and spa packages.

Disappointing stay at your resort

Beautiful property. Check in was disappointing. The rep gave us a room and there was no flexibility. He initially couldn't find any vouchers for golf or massages. Only after we showed him our paperwork we received from you did he finally say yes, we were entitled to those amenities. We expected, based on the pictures, that we would have a water view. We did not get a view unit and we were told that that was the only room available. The music from one of the clubs went on to the wee hours of the morning and it was difficult to sleep. We complained to no avail. The resort is beautiful but very restrictive on room choices. We were very disappointed in our stay and checked out early several days prior to full stay. Needless to say, we will not book again at your resort. Robert Harrington
